Hey hi hello! I’m Maleah, the human behind Killer Virtual Assisting, I love getting to know new people.

I’m a native to Boise, Idaho. Born & raised! My sidekick is my dog, Humphrey, and we love cuddling on the couch while we crochet and watch some true crime, a predictable, cheesy, feel good rom-com or Hollywood classic (Humphrey is named after Humphrey Bogart, my long lost love.) We also love going for walks and driving with the windows down. If I’m not with Humphrey, you can find me at the gym, or exploring the (very quickly) expanding Boise with my boyfriend.

I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2016 (time freakin’ flies.) I started as a hairstylist working behind the chair, which I loved but I think it’s more my passion project. While I was working behind the chair I was a salon manager, customer service rep, receptionist, back end inventory gal, you name it. In 2020, I decided to jump into the world of lashing, where I eventually ended up after ending my era as a hair artist.

When I started in full time lashing, I was promoted to Lounge Manager in the middle of a huge expansion. I was in charge of setting up systems, simplifying processes while maintaining our intimate, meaningful experience for our clients. Long story short, I’ve always worked in the back end of things to help business run smoothly, and as automated as possible.

I still work part time as a lash artist, but I tell you: when I heard that Virtual Assisting was a thing, I RAN. You mean I can work on the back end for multiple businesses, helping the owners take back their time, continue growing their business, and allowing them the time and brain space to focus on their creative genius?!

It’s my favorite thing ever.
